Question re Pandora login problem

Hello - I had to change my email address on my Pandora account, and since doing that I get an error message on Sonos that says "Pandora login information is not valid." Any tips for how to fix?

You most probably just need to update your Pandora subscription info on Sonos. If all else fails, remove the account and add it back again.

thanks - finally found the way to access that info through "manage services" on controller.

Pandora Login , Denon X2100W Problem

So I have tried searching the forums and the web in general. I have had this receiver setup and connected to Pandora for months. It is up to date on firmware.

I tried to use Pandora as a source yesterday and it prompted me with a screen to setup Pandora ,
I selected I have an account
it had my username already and I entered the password
clicked OK and it quick flashed please wait
Then nothing happens.


Any ideas on how to get Pandora up and running again ??

The Denon X2100W is covered in the 2014 Denon AVR Owner's thread and the post below in that thread indicates Denon is working on resolving the issue.

Note, until this issue is resolved, you can still use Bluetooth to stream Pandora audio from your phone/tablet to the AVR.

Thanks for the fast response. I did see something similar on my general web search but the search results seemed stale. Seems this happened once before in 2012ish.

Guess I'll just have to wait for it to work again.

I have the same problem with a new Denon AVR. I called Denon and was told their working on the problem. I started searching the net and found the same problems from 2012. Those of us that use Denon need to call and force the issue. It is one of the features that had me purchase a Denon AVR.

Its not just a Denon problem. There are Pioneer owners with the same problem. Its a Pandora issue.

For now, just use your smartphone and stream Pandora thru bluetooth.

I have a Denon x2000. I have been using Pandora all the time and about six weeks ago I am unable to connect as well. Has there been any progress on getting Pandora to work.

I really miss playing pandora in zone 2 and using the app to control it.
